Altitude is able to accept credit card and bank deposit.
Our secure payment system for online credit card processing ensures your information is keep confidential throughhout your online purchase.
Altitude only accept Visa & Mastercard at this time.
If credit card payment is not your prefrred method, or you simply don't have one, then we offer internet bank deposit or simple bank deposit at your local branch. Of course bank deposits will delay the dispatch of your order until the funds have shown in our account, normally within 24hrs of your deposit.
You can use Internet Banking to deposit funds into Altitude's account. Just use the online store, and at the check-out, choose the 'direct debit' option, this will generate an order along with an order number, use this order number as your reference for when depositing money. Our account number will be provided to you at the time of purchase.
Altitude does not accept cheque payments
When you place your order simply check the method you would like to use. We will then supply a confirmation email and sale details.
FREIGHT & DELIVERY
Freight is free within New Zealand for all Altitude orders over $50.

Orders under $50 and Rural delivery incurr a minimal freight charge of $5

From time to time however there can be delays beyond our control, Altitude will do everything within our power to ensure your goods arrive with a reasonable timeframe.
If an items is out of stock, we will advise you at the time of order if your items are not available, before we process your payment.
Web site prices are in effect until they are removed from the page unless otherwise noted. Clearance items have limited quantities, sizes/colours may no longer be available.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Refunds will only be given in accordance with the consumer garentees act, and are subject to the terms and conditions of any manufacturers warranties that apply to the product. Refunds will only be given when the products are returned to our office, in as new condition, complete with undamaged packaging. Accompanied by an explanation for the return, and the packing receipt. Return freight is at the purchasers expense.
All refunds for non warrenty related issues will be given via credit to the purchasers Altitude account.
Faulty or damaged goods can be returned to us for review, simply attach a letter outlining the problem, with your receipt and we will review the product and either replace or repair the product or refund your money, in accordance with the manufacturers warranties. Normal wear & tear is not covered by this. The decision to replace or refund on your product rests with Altitude and it's suppliers.

Some products offer an unconditional product guarantee or lifetime warrenty, these are normally at the descretion of the manufacturer or their representative.
Where a refund is to be given on a warrenty product, it is either as and account credit or by the same method as the original payment was made, by choice of the customer.
RETURN SHIPPING GUIDELINE
1. Using a good carton, return package via insured Courier Post Mail or Parcel Carrier of your choice.
2. Enclose a copy of your receipt if possible, name, address and date of purchase.

4. Keep a record of your shipment until you have received a credit, refund, or replacement.

80% of our orders are dispatched the same day we receive them, so alterations to order is only possible up to 2pm on the day of placing the order. Phone 03 54 84 639. 9am - 5.30pm Weekdays.
Completion of the check out process constitutes a sale and Altitude reserves the right to process and dispatch the order. However, where possible Altitude is happy to cancel orders, that have not been processed.
If your payment has been processed but not dispatched, any canceled order will result in a credit being applied to the purchsers account.
If your order has been processed and dispatched, cancellations are not possible, refer to our section on "Product returns".
SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS
In the event that a product is not available or not listed, a product enquiry can be submitted by email. Altitude is happy to source specific products on request. We will provide product info and pricing by email. Special orders require prepayment and are non refundable.
A certain number of typos and pricing errors in our web site, catalogues, and advertisements are inevitable. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you. We cannot be held responsible for these errors.
If the correct price is higher, we will never fill the order until we've contacted you and received permission to either fill or void your order. You may request an immediate cancellation of your order instead. If the correct price is less, we will automatically charge you the lower amount and process your order immediately without contacting you.
Pricing differences may occur between our web/catalogue/magazine advertisements. It's impossible to have identical pricing in all venues at all times. This is due to the different publication dates and lead times for the magazines, web banners, and other places where we advertise.

ONLINE STORE PRODUCT COLOUR REPRESENTATION
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of products that appear on our Site. However, from time to time product colours may change due to manufacturers requirments, seasonality and availablilty. Where possible we make ever effort to provide you with the products in the colours requested, if your colour choice is not available, we will contact you to discuss the options.
Every item Altitude carries is covered by a warranty from the individual manufacturers. Generally, warranties cover defects in materials and workmanship. Damage from abuse, neglect, accidents, and use outside manufacturer recommendations are not covered under any warranty. It is at the sole discretion of the manufacturer to repair or replace defective products.
Labour and shipping are not covered under any warranty.
Altitude will extend to its customers any manufacturer's warranty on products we sell but, otherwise, we make no warranty, express or implied, as to the salablity or fitness for any particular purpose of the products in our catalogues.
Since each manufacturer has different warranty procedures, email us and we'll help get your warranty issue taken care of.
Altitude shall not be responsible for the proper use of the products sold and the customer is urged to exercise caution and take all necessary safety measures in using the products. We advise the activities depicted on this site are potentially dangerous, when undertaken without the proper training. Altitude can not be held responsible for injuries gained while using products purchased from us.
